Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trading AI Mind’s software platform and Expert Advisor (“Service”), operated by Trading AI Mind (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

The Service provides software that connects to your existing MetaTrader 5 broker account, generates AI-assisted trading signals using your own Anthropic API key (“BYOK”), and executes grid-based trading strategies according to parameters you configure. We do not hold customer funds, do not have discretionary authority over your account, and are not a registered broker, investment adviser, or money manager.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is currently not available to residents of the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. By creating an account you confirm you do not reside in those regions.

3. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, license tokens, broker passwords, and Anthropic API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We store credentials encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. The Service offers a 7-day free trial; you must add a payment method to continue past the trial. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Risk acknowledgement

Foreign exchange and CFD trading involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you deposit on some brokers. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The grid-based strategy used by the Service is mathematically capable of large drawdowns, including full account wipeout, in adverse market conditions. See the Risk Disclosure for more.

6. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the configuration of the Service for your account. Consult a licensed adviser if you need personalised advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost trades, broker outages, or signal-generation downtime. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to attempted unauthorised access, abuse of the API, or violation of applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
